Carla Quintero,  Music Teacher

I am thrilled to have the opportunity at Adora Childcare to share my love for teaching and my passion about the importance of music and movement in the lives of young children. Through my early childhood music training in Kindermusik, Musikgarten and First Steps in Music curriculums, I’ve learned how integral music is in stimulating the musical, emotional, intellectual, physical and social development of young children. My background as a music educator for nearly 30 years has been diverse with a scope of experience in preschools, daycares, public, private and IB schools.  I have a Bachelors of Music Education and hold a Level II certification from the Early Childhood Music and Movement Association with additional certificates in Orff Schulwerk, Health Rhythms and World Music Drumming training.  I also currently teach Music for Dancers at the South Carolina Governor’s School for Arts and Humanities and do West African drumming here in Greenville.

Kari Thompson, Toddler 2 Teacher

The messier we get, the more memories we create. I am thrilled to be part of the Adora CC team! I hope to make a difference in your child’s life and educational experience.

In my spare time I enjoy baking, singing and traveling with my family. I am married and have 4 wonderful children of my own.
